I am also a Founder Member of CNUG : Chandigarh .NET Users Group. The aim of this group is to provide awareness to people about .NET and help them in their transition into .NET. The main aim is to promote the technology in our community. It's basically a developer to developer community. Each individual help its peer developer in the technology.
CNUG is registered with International .NET Association - INETA (http://www.ineta.org) which is an international organization for .NET Users Group. All User Groups for .NET around the globe are registered here.
